There comes a day when webmasters need to seriously consider building good links. Building to PR3 is fairly easy for anyone with patience and experience. However, past this, building links manually and trying to get unique links on multiple sites can become difficult. One method of building links is to work with a service such as www.edutextlinks.com
Trying to get PR5 means at least 3000 links on 3000 different sites. Or, 2 - 5 links on PR7 - PR8 sites. However, even if you leave a comment on a website with PR8, only the index remains at PR8.
